1. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our website, enter into our mobile apps, or give us in any other way. You provide information to us when you buy a jet card, request a quote or book a flight, create or update your account, communicate with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise, or complete a questionnaire or a contest entry form. Depending upon which actions you take,
We may collect some or all of the following personal and non-personal data:

- Contact information such as email, home, business address, and telephone numbers;
- Business/company name;
- Passport details (this will include a copy of passport, date of birth, image of customer & owner);
- DOB (Date of Birth);
- Travel plans and flight participants
- Bank details;
- Encrypted bank card details;
- Customer profile notes (this may contain health data such as dietary and allergy requirements);
- Details of answers to questionaries and contest entry forms;
- IP address;
- Web browser type and version;
- Operating system;
We receive and store certain types of technical information whenever you interact with us online or over the phone. Like many websites, we use “cookies” and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses the Amigo Jet website. This information may include your IP address, website login information, e-mail address, computer operating system and browser information, purchase history, clickstream to, through, and from our website, and the phone number you used to call us.
Please note that we never collect or maintain information on our websites from persons we know to be under age 18, and no part of our website is designed to attract anyone under age 18. Please do not communicate with or contact us if you are under age 18.

How Does Amigo Jet Use Cookies

4. DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described in this policy and with our affiliated companies (some of which are located outside the European Economic Area) that follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy. Examples of these services include conducting flight operations, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. These companies will have access to your personal information needed to perform their designated functions, but they may not use it for other purposes. Legal Requirements. We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce or apply our terms and conditions and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Amigo Jet, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. This does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personal information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Business Transfers. We may transfer any information we have about you to a third party in connection with a merger or sale involving all or part of our business or as part of a corporate reorganization or stock sale or other change in corporate control.

Because cookies and location-based services allow you to take advantage of some of the essential features of the Amigo Jet website and mobile apps, we recommend that you leave them turned on.
Google Analytics. If you would like to opt-out of Google Analytics for display advertising you may do so by using the Google Ads Preferences Manager. You may also download a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/

9. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Your California Privacy Rights
California law permits residents to receive: (1) a listing of categories of personal information Amigo Jet has collected about them, (2) the identity of any third parties to whom Amigo Jet has disclosed personal information for a business purpose or sold personal information within the previous calendar year and (3) the categories of personal information disclosed or sold to those third parties. California law requires us to request certain personal information to verify your identity prior to these disclosures and prohibits discrimination based on your exercise of these rights. You can submit a request for disclosure by contacting us. The use of personal data is allowed for purposes identified at the time of collection only. Amigo Jet requires explicit consent to use personal data for a new purpose. Please note that Amigo Jet does not sell personal information to third parties or disclose personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing.

11. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (for example, if the law changes). When we materially change the policy, a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated Privacy Policy and you will be deemed to have accepted the terms of the Privacy Policy on your first use of our services following the alterations.
